Do it right the first time!

When you hire Apex Roofing and Construction you hire professionals who do the job right the first time. This home in Silver Spring Maryland had three layers of roofing products. The last roofer must have thought it was ok to add a third layer of roofing products which isn't the right way of doing things. We tore it all off and replaced any bad decking.

You can see the ice and water barriers along the eaves, rakes and valleys (in progress). You can also see we don't use cheap felt underlayment. We use synthetic underlayment which in our opinion is better at repelling water. We install roofs that are designed to last.
